Alain Doré is Project Manager who has worked in the building hygiene and sanitation industry for over 34 years. His pragmatic project management enables him to quickly identify problematic situations in order to optimize internal processes and work techniques. Once the new practices are implemented, he ensures that they are properly followed by coaching and training staff.
Over the course of his career, he has worked in the health sector for more than 20 years, including straightening out several departments of household maintenance in large hospital centres. He then put his skills as a multitasking manager at the service of Cégep André-Laurendeau for 14 years. He successfully and efficiently led the Department of Hygiene, Exterior Design and Safety at the same time.
His extensive experience and great versatility in health and safety enabled him to develop a 360 vision of project, team and change management. He demonstrates recognized leadership with work teams, facilitating acceptance of change when implementing new processes.
