An experienced consultant specializing in food hygiene and safety, Louis has been working in the restaurant industry for over 35 years.
Throughout his career, he has held positions of Manager, Quality Control Director and Training Director for various restaurant chains, for which he also carried out several inspections (audits).
Louis is certified by the MAPAQ to teach both components of the food hygiene and safety training program. Since 1999, he has certified more than 5,000 people, from food handlers to food service managers.
He is also certified for TrainCan (Canada) and ServSafe (United States) hygiene and sanitation training. In fact, his knowledge has been put to good use in the second French edition of the certification book "La salubrité alimentaire" (TrainCan).
He helped launch a retail food control system for 220 establishments that are part of a well-known restaurant chain in Quebec.
