Facility Accreditation Program
GBAC STAR™
The gold standard
GBAC STAR™ is the cleaning industry's only international facility accreditation for the prevention, response and recovery in the event of infectious diseases outbreaks. In fact, GBAC STAR™ allows facilities to demonstrate that they have not only the work practices, procedures and protocols to prepare for, respond to and recover from outbreaks, but also the process monitoring and evaluation tools to ensure its performance.
When a facility obtains a GBAC STAR™ Accreditation, issued by the Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC), a division of ISSA, it inspires confidence in the public, the staff and the various stakeholders of the institution, because this accreditation demonstrates that it has appropriate practices that are approved by a third party.
With the GBAC STAR™ Accreditation, facilities demonstrate that they :

Training

Protection

Confidence
