Alain Dore is a Compliance, Audit and Operational Coaching Consultant with more than 34 years of experience in the building cleaning and disinfection industry. His pragmatic approach enables him to quickly identify operational challenges, optimize processes and work methods, and support teams through training and coaching to ensure the successful adoption of new practices.

Alain spent more than 20 years in the healthcare sector, where he helped turn around several housekeeping departments in major hospitals. He later brought his multidisciplinary management expertise to Cégep André-Laurendeau for 14 years, overseeing cleaning operations, grounds maintenance, and security.

His extensive health and safety expertise gives him a comprehensive perspective on project, team, and change management. A recognized leader, Alain is particularly skilled at engaging operational teams and facilitating the successful implementation of new processes.
