This Privacy Policy applies to the information we collect when you browse our website or use the mobile applications offered by ValkarTech hereinafter referred to as "our Services".

 

By using our Services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and to ValkarTech's processing of information for the purposes set forth herein.  Because we collect some information about users and customers, we set forth the terms and conditions surrounding the collection and use of that information.  If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, do not use our Services.

 

We encourage you to periodically review the Privacy Policy, which is always available on our website. We reserve the right, within our sole discretion, to change this Privacy Policy at any time.  The date of the last update will be adjusted to reflect the changes made.

 

SECTION 1 - PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

Personal Data

When you register on our site, submit queries, or create a user profile to access our Services, we collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as your name and email address.

The user of the HBlogin App must provide the following personal information in order to access some of its features:

  • First and last name

  • Employer, job title (optional)

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Location data

  • Date of Birth

  • Identity Card

 

When you use any of our Services, we also collect a lot of information automatically, through the use of cookies.  Most browsers are designed to accept cookies by default.  You can usually set your browser to delete or reject cookies if you prefer.  Please note that if you choose to delete or reject cookies, it may affect the availability and functionality of our Services. Cookies are tiny data files stored on your hard drive or in your device's memory to help us provide you with our Services as well as to tailor them to improve your experience, to allow us to determine which aspects and features of our Services are most popular and to count the number of visits.  Information about your login sessions also allows us to obtain more details about you which may include, for example:

  • Type of browser and operating system version you use

  • Frequency and time of your visits

  • Booking history (dates, times) 

  • Order history (dates, times)

  • Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer

  • Device model, unique identifiers, and cellular network data

 

Tracking Data

Certain features and functionality of our Services require you to provide your location.  If you have enabled the tracking feature on your mobile device, each time you use our Services, we collect and use your geographic coordinates (e.g., latitude and longitude) to tailor the Services to your current location.  We will only process your location with your express permission.  If you have enabled persistent location in the background, we will track your location even if you are not using our Services on your mobile device. Your location is never shared with anyone except with your consent or as permitted by this Privacy Policy.  We use a variety of technologies to determine your precise location, such as your operating system's or browser's tracking features, data from your device's sensors (e.g., magnetometer, barometer,).

 

Our Use of Your Personal Data and Other Information

We use Access Information to provide you with the services and support you request or to inform you about our services. With your consent to use Access Information, we may contact you to inform you of new services, changes to services or the availability of third party offerings that may be of interest to you.  We may also use this data to detect, investigate and prevent fraudulent transactions or other illegal activities.

We will not disclose your Access Information to any third party without your consent, nor to affiliates or any other company or trusted third party mandated to process the information on our behalf subject to our instructions, this Privacy Policy, and any other appropriate privacy and security measures.

We will not request or use sensitive data, such as data relating to your ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation.

Personal Data Access and Modification

You may email us at support@gestionhb.com to request access, correction, or deletion of any personally identifiable data.  We may not respond to such a request for legitimate business or legal purposes. You should understand that your personally identifiable data may never be completely deleted from our databases due to technical, business, or legal constraints. However, as long as we retain such information, it will remain subject to this Privacy Policy and any subsequent ValkarTech privacy policy relating to that data.

We will retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purpose of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

In determining the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the risk of harm resulting from the unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes by other means, and applicable legal requirements.

When you register, we assume that you consent to our collection and use of your personal data for this purpose only.

You may leave our website by clicking on certain links on our website.  We assume no responsibility for the privacy practices of these other sites and recommend that you read their privacy policies carefully.

ValkarTech is not in the business of selling your personal data.  We consider this information to be an essential part of our relationship with you. There are, however, certain circumstances in which we may share your personal data with certain third parties without further notice, as described below:

  1. Business Transfers: As our business grows, we may sell or acquire businesses or assets. In the event of a business sale, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, Personal Data may be one of the transferred assets.  If our Service is acquired by or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we can continue to provide our Service to you.

  2. Related Companies: We may also share your personal data with our related companies for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.

  3. Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties: We sometimes work with third-party partners who help us provide and improve our Services or who use ValkarTech's business tools.

Our website, the Site Materials and the Services may allow you and other users to post and transmit information, videos, images, data, text, documents, and other content to public or private areas of our website, the Site Materials, the Services, and other users ("User Submissions").
