The main objective is to present the general objectives and concepts of sanitary maintenance and the desired result: a clean environment. This is done by looking at the different factors that affect the results such as: the equipment (tools and products), the organization and human resources (technical). Each section aims to acquire basic knowledge on sanitary maintenance. This training workshop is useful to put the knowledge of your staff at the same level and to introduce more advanced technical training.

The main objective is to present each sanitary maintenance technique (task) from different angles, which are:

• Cleanliness objectives specific to the proposed technique

• Tools and products needed for the task

• Occupational health: recall of infectious, chemical and ergonomic risks

• Technique approach (sequence and displacements)

This perspective provides a four-dimensional view of the different tasks required of the health maintenance staff.

This advanced training approach will allow you to train a small core group of employees (2-3 people) in advanced carpet care techniques. Lack of knowledge and know-how about carpets can contribute to their premature deterioration. A learning session, with a hands-on component in one of your own rooms, allows for the integration of skills and maintenance tips that would otherwise be difficult to teach.

It is essential to have an established structure that everyone knows about to avoid an unfortunate incident or even a tragedy. This training will allow you to learn that when faced with this type of stressful situation, an entire team is behind you.
