A certified microbiologist holding a master’s degree in immunology, Nathalie Thibault specializes in infection prevention as well as hygiene and sanitation management. A certified trainer for over 14 years, she leads the training department at ValkarTech.

Throughout her career, she has developed numerous training programs, continuing education initiatives, and disinfection protocols tailored to a diverse clientele, including early childhood settings, transportation providers, educational institutions, and office towers. In collaboration with other certified microbiologists, she has been designing and delivering specialized training in building hygiene for over five years. She is also the author of various books, guides, tools, and video content focused on infection prevention.
